If you have a current active, open claim for your recent accident/crash, you are eligible to recive healthcare services at NO out of pocket costs for: PT/rehabilitation, personalized strength/flexibility programs, health self-care instruction, and bike fitting services.

Some key information to know:

1) Always report the accident, even if there isn’t any immediate symptoms or apparent damage.

Oftentimes, symptoms appear within 1–2weeks following your accident, and as long as a claim has been filed, you are entitled to reimbursement for medical expenses at no cost to you, as part of your Oregon Personal Injury Protection (“PIP coverage”)- Read on!

2) What is Oregon Personal Injury Protection (PIP) Insurance?

All Oregon non-commercial auto insurance policies have a no-fault Personal Injury Protection (PIP) healthcare (and wage loss) coverage. So, if you are injured in an auto, bicycle, or pedestrian accident, the auto insurance provides a minimum of one year and $15,000 in no-fault medical coverage, generally to to be used within 24months post acident.

Do I need to see my Doctor first before beginning treatment?
